Exchange and Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Delivery fees for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process In Case of Defective/Incorrect Order

Refunds will be processed after we receive your returned item. It will be issued through instapay .

How to Return or Exchange

1. Fill the Return/Exchange Request Form

  • Order Number: (Required - found in your order confirmation email)
  • Item(s) to Exchange: (Product name and size/color)
  • Desired Exchange: (New size,different item)
  • Reason for Exchange: (Size issue, Incorrect Item, etc.)
  • Your Name:
  • Email Address:
  • Phone Number: (Optional)

2. Package the item securely with original packaging

3. Give package to the courier

Exceptions

Final sale items, personalized items, and items damaged by normal wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
